Investing in real estate within IRA or qualified plan
A client of mine who makes his money in real estate, both by flips and rentals, has asked me about the benefits of conducting such investments within his IRA or 401(k). Can anyone point me to some good literature/discussions on the topic? Thank you.

Here is a link with the basics, and there is no available on the Pensco website. As you can see, the pitfalls of using real estate are many, but some people do not mind jumping through the extra hoops.
