There is no dollar limit for QRP rollovers, but a limit of $1,000,000 plus inflation adjustment for all contributary IRAs. If the two types are commingled, it is not clear whether any allocation from rollovers will be permitted, therefore it is recommended that large rollovers be kept separate to avoid any doubt that a limit would apply to those balances.
