Can a spouse rollover an inherited IRA ?
Husband H inherited an IRA from his Father. Husband H dies a few years later and his spouse is the designated beneficiary. Can the spouse roll over the inherited IRA as if it was her own?

Tom’s right. She must move the assets to an inherited IRA in her TIN, and her husband’s life expectancy applies for purposes of calculating RMD amounts. Her life expectancy cannot be factored.
