We have a possible client who is age 67 and has 2 IRAs. They are wondering if there is a way to be Medicaid eligible and protect the IRAs, prior to the RMD date. The question came from the client’s attorney that they are trying to protect these IRAs. Any thoughts or help is greatly appreciated.
