contribution over 70 1/2
Husband age 66 and working would like to make a spousal contribution for non-working spouse over age 70 1/2. Is that possible? Thanks.

It’s possible ONLY to a Roth account of the spouse, not to a TIRA account. Therefore, he cannot get a deduction for the spousal contribution.
