Inherited IRA
I have a situation where the decedant still has a qualified 401k @ Fidelity. Fidelity states they want to set up an account there @ Fidelity (I am assuming an Inherited / Decedant IRA or (Decedant 401(k) if possible)). Can the client make multiple trustee-to-trustee transfers from an inherited IRA (assuming Fidelity sets up an Inherited IRA) to another Inherited IRA?
Thank You,
Matt Strajack

Yes, there is no limit to the number of direct transfers made between IRAs or between inherited IRA accounts, as long as the IRA custodian is willing to do them. However, these transfers should only be made between IRAs inherited from the same decedent.
