State of Ohio Creditor Protection
I have a client who just received some mail from a creditor out of Florida, he is concerned that his IRA is not protected under Ohio Law.

He may have reason for concern. See attached link and note that OH provides very little state protection of IRAs, limited to support needs. OH has also opted out of certain federal BK law provisions, at least the ones that they can. He should consult a bankruptcy attorney in OH to determine what his options are in this case.
