would any attorney be able to help?

a. Is a revocable living trust protected from medicaid? I said no, becuase the husband still has control and it will be part of medicaid’s spend down process.

b. Revocable living trust was est by a husband. He no longer is capable of making decisions. His wife has durable power of attorney. can she revoke the trust if it is of no value anymore being POA?
