A person died and did not specify a beneficiary on their IRA account. The administrator of the estate (who also is the beneficiary) wants to know her options on the timeframe for distribution of the IRA (i.e. can the estate stretch the IRA over her lifetime, is the estate limited to 5-years, or is the estate forced to redeem all the money in the year of death?)
