Social Security for Spouse
Does anyone know if the estimates sent by Social Security are for the amount earned or if they have automatically make the adjustment for the greater of 50% of the spouse benefit ?

The annual statement we receive from SSA is based on our own earnings.
SSA does not know our marital status.
We can estimate our SS benefit here:
