spouse do a 60 day rollover with bene ck issued to trust?
Could spouse do a 60 day rollover with her husband’s beneficiary check issued to trust as beneficiary into her own IRA. she is the trustee as well. what are her options as far as putting the money into a retirement acct to her name.

It depends on the terms of the trust; and she may want to get a private letter ruling (or the IRA custodian may want her to).
