RMDs from 403b non-qualified
I know this question has been asked before but I wanted to add this to see if it makes a difference. If you are dealing with a non-qualified (non-ERISA) 403b can you aggregate those balances with an IRA to make just one RMD from the IRA, since it is not a qualified plan?

No, it still cannot be aggregated with an IRA RMD. Qualified vrs non qualified is not a factor in this.
