I just want to confirm that there is no age limitations for a Roth Conversion. Can someone under 59 1/2 convert to a Roth IRA if they meet the other requirements?

Sure, there is no age limitation for conversions. And 2009 is the final year for modified AGI upper limit of 100,000 and married filing separate limits.
