Due to an automobile accident that took place in NYS (NYC) a New Jersey resident is suing another New Jersey resident for injuries suffered. The lawsuit is taking place in NYS, If the defendant has a contributory IRA that is well in excess of the million dollar limitation allowed in Federal bankruptcy is this IRA fully protected under NYS andr NJ law?
