Trustee-to-trustee 403(b) transfers
With the changes in 403(b) plans this year, does anyone know if the law changed on 403(b) trustee-to-trustee/direct transfers (moving qualified retirement plan funds into a 403(b) directly and no 1099-R is issued) Are plans still mandated to allow this transfer out ? Also referred to as a 90-24 transfer. Do you have a tax reference for this?
