If someone turns 70 1/2 this month, under normal circumstances they would have to take their first RMD by April 1 of 2010.. correct? Since RMD’s are suspended for 2009 does this mean that this individual does not need to take an RMD by April 1st 2010? He still needs to take an RMD by the end of 2010 for end of 2009 value? correct?
