Has anyone heard about a scheme that would allow one to purchase rental real estate using money from an IRA investing in and through personal corporations and LLCs? I heard this referred to by a fellow on a local radio station. He was promoting this whole concept of using a Corp. or two and an LLC to somehow purchase real estate using IRA money by investing the corporations without taking a distribution.
