Can I fund a Revocable Trust with a non-qualified annuity? Currently, I have a non-qualified jointly held annuity between spouses (2nd marriage for both). In an effort to make sure each of their own kids (2 kids from each first marriage) receive their equal share at the death of either spouse, then naming the Trust or kids outright as the beneficiaries may not do the job.
