Question re: RMD and Illiquid Investments
What is the process for taking a required minimum distribution from an IRA if the only position is deemed illiquid at this point, but does show a value by the custodian?

Just distribute the investment in kind ie. the number of shares required to cover the RMD. The RMD does not have to taken in cash.
