I have a Solo 401K that permits in-service distributions at 59 1/2 and I’ll soon be 59 1/2. At that time I’d like to take a portion of the Solo 401K and roll it over into my TIRA. Can I do that with an in-service distribution?

(My reason for the rollover is that I’m approaching the $250,000 mark and I’d like to avoid the 5500EZ until I stop working and terminate the plan.)
