Beneficiary IRA RMD
May a beneficiary satisfy the RMD from the beneciary IRA by taking the whole amount from their own IRA because they are over 70 1/2. Or vice versa, may an IRA owner satisfy their own RMD by taking the whole amount from the beneficiary IRA?

No, these RMDs must be calculated and distributed independently of each other.
But note that if a sole spousal beneficiary fails to take RMDs required as a beneficiary, they are automatically deemed to have assumed ownership of the IRA. Once this has happened the RMDs can be aggregated with that of other owned IRAs.
