I would have your legal department review and make a determination. From my reading, and I have no legal background whatsoever, they seem to be exempt unless the levy is under order of a court for “child support, family support or maintenance payments, or to any judgment of annulment, divorce or legal separation.” There also seem to be some language specific to “owner-dominated” or “owner-employee” plans.
