Inherited IRA RMDs
Is there any problem for a beneficiary of an IRA to have 2 separate traditional inherited IRA accounts established with the plan of taking all required RMDs from only 1 of those accounts and allowing the other one to grow untouched?

This is OK if these IRAs were inherited from the same original decedent and have the same RMD divisor.
Not all inherited IRAs have the same divisor. For example, if there were more than one beneficiary on one of them and separate accounts were not established by the deadline, another beneficiary’s divisor might apply.
