Rollovers and combining
Can someone
1) Roll a 403b to an IRA once they leave the job?
2) roll both the before tax and the after tax contributions within a 401k to an IRA after they leave the firm
3) Can the 403b, IRA and 401k (pre and post tax contributions) all be combined (assuming they left the firms)

Yes, and report the after tax amount on Form 8606.
3) Can the 403b, IRA and 401k (pre and post tax contributions) all be combined (assuming they left the firms)
Yes, in rollovers to an IRA.
