I would guess RMD’s can only be aggregated if the accounts are of the same type but I thought I’d ask to see if it may be possible.

I have a client who has a 457 account and two IRA’s. Would it be possible to take the total RMD amount from the 457 account instead of taking any money from the IRA’s?
