Again, can my IRA stock in a Sub S corp be traded out to another buyer and then replaced in my IRA. So I can then sell the new stock. I need to get my stock out of the small bank that cannot buy the shares from me. Necessary for estate planning.
Please help me guys!!

If your IRA holds S Corp shares, the S Corp has likely been transformed into a C Corp as a consequence. More info is needed about this S Corp, how it got into your IRA, and who your IRA custodian is.
