ROTH IRA PRENUPT
I HAVE A ROTH IRA AND MY SISTER AND BROTHER ARE CURRENTLY MY BENEFICIARIES. I WILL SOON BE MARRIED. CAN I LEAVE MY BROTHER AND SISTER AS BENEFICIARIES AFTER I AM MARRIED OR DO I HAVE TO GET A PRENUPT AGREEMENT DRAWN UP FOR MY WIFE TO SIGN BEFORE THE WEDDING?

Depends on whether you live in a community property state or not. Even if you do, the IRA custodian would not require a pre nupt but would just require a signed waiver from your spouse. See attached:http://www.investopedia.com/ask/answers/05/inheritira.asp#axzz2LeBXqWFV
