SD-IRA got EIN, what needs to be filed?

My Self directed IRA, (not check book), at equity trust, had to get an EIN to make bids on the HUD site.

Now what needs to be filed? Doc from IRS seems to say form 990. But reading the IRS doc does not see “IRA” listed as a required org to file.
