403-B ROTH
After talking with the person running my 403-B, he says that the roth 403-B is not available because the people running the program have not o.k.ed it. Is it that much of a problem to set this up. Is it more paper work for the planner? Just want to know since some people have them. Thanks for the help.

The Roth 403b is not that difficult to set up but it requires more compicated record keeping. If enough people want it and keep requesting it, they may reconsider.
