asset moving between roth iras

My Roth IRA #1 is planning on purchasing stock from Company A, not listed on the exchanges, by transferring cash into Company A’s bank account.

I have no relationship with its owners.

I will instruct Company A to transfer the stock certs and appropriate paperwork into another Roth IRA #2 custodian account.

If Company A goes public, I plan to transfer these shares from Roth IRA #2 back to Roth IRA #1.

Am I correct that this does not break any IRA rules?

Thanks
