Is there a cap on the number of homes you can buy and sell in a year through an IRA? Is there any limit on the compensation you can pay someone for helping to identify, rehab and resell the homes? for example, can the facilitator be paid 10% of the profits – which includes all of their assistance and the developer’s fee for overseeing construction?

No limits on these items, but the IRA owner must be very careful not to create a prohibited transaction when using non traditional IRA assets in the IRA. Disqualified persons define who can be paid from the IRA or deal with IRA property.
