Spousal Consent / IRA
Is spousal consent required in PA on an IRA Rollover account when the children are named as primary beneficiaries; not the spouse?

Spousal consent for IRA beneficiaries is required in community property states, not in common law states like PA. This applies even though spousal consent was needed for any ERISA plan that was the source of the IRA rollover.

thanks so much. That is what my research shows. A little odd that all custodian forms have that space( spousal consent) with no other caveat.
