IRA to ROTH Conversion if you have an Inherited IRA
Is the Non Deduct IRA contribution to ROTH Conversion free of taxes if you have a $30,000 Inherited IRA from their mother?

The inherited IRA is not included in the pro rating of owned IRA accounts. If there are no other owned IRA balance outside of the non deductible contribution, the conversion is tax free.
