Post Tax 401k to ROTH
When we receive the Post Tax check from 401k made out to the new custodian, what box do I check on their deposit form (Rollover to ROTH) or (ROTH Conversion) based on new Notice 2014. I have been getting conflicting answers.

Check “rollover to Roth” box for 401k funds. A Roth conversion comes from a TIRA account.
