FACTS:
RRSP owner left in Canada but is now a resident of the US with no intention of returning to Canada to live.

Are any tax-free rollover options available to US retirement account – such as an IRA?

If not:
Can the owner keep the assets in the RRSP?
Upon distribution how is he taxed?
Is he subject to both US and Canadian taxation?
