Any Book Specifically on “Inherited IRAs” ???
I am looking for a book or what ever to give to my IRA beneficiaries to read and use as a reference to educate them about how to handle an Inherited IRA.
Yes I am sure there is an IRS publication but that’s not what I am interested in.
And yes I am sure there are “chapters” in books on IRAs that deal with “inherited IRAs” but I was hoping to find a book that is totally focused on how to handle an inherited.
I would not be surprised to find that it doesn’t exist.
Thanks

I know Mike Jones very well. I just spoke with him this afternoon. His book is easy to read.

It would be interesting to hear your impressions of the book after you receive it and go through it.

Sorry for the long delay and only remember that is was simple, redundant and covered a lot of situations that weren’t relative to my potential situation.Just looked throught my libary and can’t find it, probably passed it on to one of my 3 beneficiers but definately didn’t buy it for all three. Any new reference(s) would be appreciated. I may reorder “Inheriting an IRA: How to Create a Lifetime of Paychecks, by Michael J. Jones” and try again. SeattleSun – just took my first MRD at 70 1/2

….my three children beneficieries interest was peaked a bit when at Christmas dinner I told them I had just taken my first MRD of $50k and my IRA account was UP $200k year to date. 🙂 They said, “How does that happen?” I replied, “it’s magic”.
