Not yet, but Congress has always extended QCDs retroactively in December, so you should either wait till mid December before taking your RMD OR if you are going to donate anyway, have your first IRA distribution of the year processed as a QCD (most custodians will do that). If extended your QCD will count and by chance if not extended then you will have to report the distribution in your income and perhaps itemize the donation.
