1) Aug 2015 – Person A files and suspends and wife files for spousal benefits (person A is 68 years old )
2) May 2016 – Person A unsuspends and will receive initial benefits Aug 2016
3) Jan 2017 – Person A wants to do a do over? Is he still eligible to do a do over ? Which date is used for the start time on the do over Aug 2015 or May 2016?
