Proposed Changes/Phaseout to NUA

There have been a number of proposals by the Obama Administration and the Congressional Budget committee (presumably Republican proposals) to phase out and eventually eliminate NUA. Most of the proposals and discussions of those proposals I have read, indicate that NUA would be grandfathered for older employees turning 50 by 2016. That would allow me to continue to take the risk of holding low basis Company stock. Does anyone have insight into current proposals by either Congress or the new Trump administration? Would appreciate any links to recent discussions on this topic.
