Hello,
I assume a QLAC cannot be used for an Inherited IRA and is only available for an IRA and/or employer sponsored qualified retirement plan.

Yes, QLACs may be purchased in owned traditional IRAs, qualified plans, 403b plans, and 457b plans, but not in inherited plans of these types.
