Does ROTH IRA Contribution Require Filing a Tax Return
If you have W2 income of $6200 with no withholding (hence no need to file taxes for a refund) but would like to put all $6200 of earnings into a ROTH IRA, you can still do so without filing a tax return correct? In other words, contributing to a ROTH IRA only requires that you prove earned income if you get audited by the IRS for this, there is no need to file a return or even send in an 8606 for ROTH Contributions as they are not really listed anywhere, correct?
Thank you!

Yes, that is correct assuming no other income that would require filing .
