IRA contributions – Over 70.5 years old

I remember reading that you cannot contribute to a traditional IRA after 70.5 years of age.
Are you able to contribute to a Roth?
Also, if you would otherwise qualify for a SEP IRA, can you contribute to those?

Yes, contributions can be made to all types of IRA accounts without age limit except for traditional IRA contributions. And RMDs also start at 70.5 for all IRA types other than an owned Roth IRA. Of course, you must have earned income to make any IRA contributions other than Roth conversion contributions.
