403b Non-Erisa in Divorce
Are 403b Non-Erisa plans considered qualified plans and require a QDRO in a divorce or can they be split like an IRA, without a QDRO?

A QDRO is only required for ERISA plans by the tax code. However, since it is possible that a non ERISA 403b could adopt a QDRO requirement as a plan restriction, it is best to check specifically with the plan before proceeding without a QDRO.
