My wife and I are 65, retired and have traditional IRAs.

I would like to find a planning software that can help me determine the most tax efficient rate of withdrawal and time frame of withdrawals taking the following as variables:

1. investment returns using a Monte Carlo simulation of stock market returns

2. tax rates with an ability to project (higher) tax rates in the future

Can anyone recommend a software package that can do this?
