IRA Owner with 3 beneficiaries
Hello, if an account owner has 3 beneficiaries and the account owner and one of the beneficiaries pass away at the same time. What will happen to the deceased beneficiaries portion? Go to their estate or will the other 2 beneficiaries receive it. Is it more of a state by state rule? Any insight is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

It would be determined by a combination of the beneficiary clause wording in the IRA contract and the status of the SImultaneous Death Act in the state of the owner,
