Rollover to 403b and 12 month rule
Client is doing rollovers from a number of 403b’s and an IRA to their current 403b. My understanding is they are not affected by the “1 rollover in a 12 month period rule” , is this correct?

Yes, that is correct. The one rollover limitation only applies to IRA to IRA rollovers excluding conversions.
