Who knows about 403(b)(9) plans for Church’s. I have a minister prospect that is wondering if he can transfer his 403(b)(9) distributions into a ROTH IRA for further deferral and growth. There is also a housing allowance for these plans as well. I need to know the taxation of these distributions related to ROTH transfers in. Thank you.
