Simple Contributions Question
Hello.
One of our employees will be going on paternity leave and using some FMLA time starting in August. Can you offer any guidance on how simple contributions should be handled in situations like these? Would they still be able to make contributions while on leave? Thank you.

Yes, if their salary is being continued, so should the SIMPLE contributions from that salary. If not continued, then the contributions will resume when he returns.
