NUA while still employed?
Client is 62 and still employed. He wishes to do an in-service withdrawal with NUA. Is this possible if he will still be contributing to the plan after the full in-service withdrawal?

No, because the 1099R will not have the total distribution box checked and that is a requirement for a qualified LSD for NUA purposes.
