2019 Secure Act Non-Spousal Beneficiary Roth Distribution Rules?

Under the 2019 Secure Act as signed by President Trump, will a non-spousal beneficiary have to take out all of an inherited Roth over 10 years or?????

They will unless they meet the definition of an “eligible beneficiary”. That includes a beneficiary who is disabled, chronically ill, a minor child of the decedent, or is not more than 10 years younger than the decedent. If the 10 year rule applies, since the distributions would be non taxable, it is wise to wait to take distribution until the end of the 10 year period.
